Star hero Ram Charan is the husband to Upasana, who is grand daughter to Dr. Prathap C. Reddy of Apollo hospitals,  Currently, Ram Charan is reported of spoiling the reputation of Apollo Hospitals by shooting for Zanjeer in this Cancer Hospital, Jubilee Hills. To accomodate all the facilities for shooting, some wards of Hospital are shut down causing inconvinience for patients. 

Cables, trolleys, lights, several cameras and huge numbers of cast and crew members are walking her and there to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in Hospital. Analysts feel that Apollo authorities should not have granted the permission for Zanjeer to shoot in Hospital premises but Ram Charan being the Daamad of Apollo family, they might have been pressured to allow the Zanjeer unit come inside. Never in the past, Apollo was used for filmy shootings.
